







Custom Tailoring Terms (Custom-Made)

This page describes the rules for items manufactured to individual order (custom-made). It is part of the Public Offer.
1) What is Considered "Custom Tailoring"
Custom tailoring means the item is made specifically for you, for example:
• According to your measurements/parameters; • With individual modifications (length, fit, other details); • With personal agreements regarding model/material/color.
2) How Custom-Made Orders Are Processed
1. You place an order via our Telegram Bot. 2. We clarify details: measurements/parameters and preferences. 3. You make a prepayment (see section 3). 4. We manufacture the item and prepare it for shipping. 5. You receive the item (and pay the remaining 50% on delivery if in Ukraine).

3) Payment for Custom-Made
• Ukraine: 50% prepayment before production starts + 50% cash on delivery upon receipt.
• International orders: 100% prepayment before production starts (cash on delivery not available).
Custom tailoring orders must be placed via our Telegram Bot. Payment information will be provided through the bot.
4) Production Time
Estimated production and preparation time for shipping: 8–12 business days after:
• Receipt of prepayment, and • Agreement on all parameters/details.
During peak periods, the timeframe may be longer — we will notify you separately.
5) Measurements and Responsibility for Parameters
You are responsible for the accuracy of provided measurements/parameters and agreed details.
Simply put: if you provide incorrect measurements — the item may not fit properly, and this is not a defect.
Corrections are possible for an additional fee, shipping both ways — at the buyer's expense.
6) Returns and Exchanges for Custom-Made
Items made to order (custom-made) are not subject to return or exchange, because they are created individually for the buyer.
Exception: manufacturing defect (see section 7).
7) If There is a Defect
If you discover a manufacturing defect:
• Contact us via Telegram Bot or email sovanatalia01@gmail.com • Attach photos/videos and description • We will agree on a solution
Possible solutions: • Repair/remake (corrections are possible for an additional fee, shipping both ways — at the buyer's expense) • Exchange (if possible) • Full refund
Claim submission deadline: within 2 days after receipt.
8) If You Change Your Mind After Sewing Starts
Since the item is made specifically for you:
• Before sewing starts — we refund 100% of prepayment. • After sewing starts — prepayment is non-refundable.
For Ukraine orders with 50/50 payment: if you refuse after sewing starts, you lose the 50% prepayment. If you refuse the package at delivery, the prepayment is also non-refundable.
