This document is a public proposal (offer) by FOP Sova Nataliia Serhiivna to enter into a distance sales agreement for goods through the Sova Nataliia website (www.sova-brand.com).

Acceptance of the offer is any of the following actions by the Buyer: placing an order on the website and/or payment (full or partial) and/or confirmation of the order in the manner provided on the website. From the moment of acceptance, the contract is considered concluded.

7) Delivery, Terms, Package Splitting

Delivery terms (geography, delivery services, timeframes, cost, possibility of splitting the order into multiple packages) are defined on the Delivery & Payment page and are an integral part of this Offer.

The risk of accidental loss/damage to the Product passes to the Buyer from the moment the Product is handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions.

8) Returns, Exchanges, Order Cancellation

Important: custom-made products, as a rule, are not subject to return/exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects — details on the Custom Tailoring Terms page and Returns & Exchanges page.

9) Custom Tailoring (Custom-made)

If the Buyer orders custom tailoring, they agree that:

• The result depends on the accuracy of the provided parameters/measurements and agreed details;

• In case of providing incorrect parameters, the Seller is not responsible for the fit discrepancy.

Full rules (deadlines, approval, return exceptions) — on the Custom Tailoring Terms page.

10) Liability and Limitations

The Seller is not liable for:

• Delivery delays caused by the carrier;
