







Payment & Delivery

This page explains payment methods, receipt generation, delivery options and timeframes. It is part of the Public Offer.
1) Payment Methods
1.1. Online card payment / Apple Pay / Google Pay (LiqPay) You can pay for your order online with a bank card or via Apple Pay / Google Pay (if supported by your bank and device). Payment service: LiqPay. Payment currency: UAH (Ukrainian hryvnia).
1.2. Transfer to FOP account (IBAN) If you prefer to pay via bank transfer to IBAN, please place your order through our Telegram Bot. Payment details (IBAN, bank, recipient) will be provided in the bot. After payment, confirmation may be required (screenshot/receipt) — especially for international payments or if the bank delays.
2) Payment for Custom Tailoring (Custom-made)
For items made to order:
• Ukraine: 50% prepayment before production starts + 50% cash on delivery.
• International: 100% prepayment before production starts.
Custom tailoring orders must be placed via our Telegram Bot. Payment information and order details will be provided through the bot.
3) When the Receipt is Generated ⚠️ TBD

For payments subject to legal requirements, we generate a fiscal document (electronic receipt/fiscal check) and provide it to the buyer:
• To the email specified in the order, or • In another manner agreed during checkout (e.g., link/message).
4) Delivery: Where and How We Ship
4.1. Delivery geography We deliver worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.
4.2. Delivery services • Ukraine: Nova Poshta (to branches only, no courier delivery) • International delivery to Poland or other EU countries: Nova Poshta (where Nova Poshta branches are available) • International delivery to countries without Nova Poshta branches: Ukrposhta
5) Delivery Cost
5.1. Ukraine Delivery cost is entirely paid by the customer according to Nova Poshta rates. Payment is usually made when the customer receives the package.
5.2. International delivery Delivery cost is entirely paid by the customer according to the rates of the selected carrier (Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta). Payment is usually made when the customer receives the package, or may be agreed through our Telegram Bot.
5.3. Free delivery There is no free delivery.
6) Shipping and Estimated Delivery Times
6.1. Shipping • Items in stock: shipped within 1–3 business days after payment/order confirmation. • Custom tailoring: shipped once ready, within 1–3 business days after the item is completed. The readiness date depends on the order and is unique to each order.
6.2. Delivery Estimated delivery time depends on the country, carrier workload, and season. The carrier will provide a more accurate timeframe using the tracking number.
7) Splitting Orders into Multiple Packages
Yes, we may split an order into multiple packages if:
• Some items are in stock while others are custom-made, or • Delivery/packaging rules require it.
Important: in this case, there may be multiple tracking numbers and/or multiple delivery charges (according to carrier rates).
8) Data for Delivery
To ship, we ask you to provide:
• Recipient's full name • Phone number • City/country • Address or branch/postal code • (if needed) Additional instructions for the courier
Without this data, we cannot ship the order.
9) Delivery Responsibility
After the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times depend on the carrier's operations.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always help with tracking/clarifying shipment status.
10) If You Haven't Received Your Item After Payment
If you haven't received your item within a reasonable time:
• Contact us via Telegram Bot or email sovanatalia01@gmail.com • Provide your full name, payment date, and order number
We will check the shipment status and advise on next steps (carrier search/re-shipment/refund — depending on the situation).
